An Art Exhibit by Beam: The Pond

Soon there will be no lakes and oceans, only a single body of water. “Let’s go to the pond” we will say to experience a glimpse of what abundance used to feel like. The Pond is an art exhibit by Theo Lambert, also known as “beam”, that explores a timeline of human devastation and flourishing humanless worlds. A diverse mix of drawings and paintings explore themes of time, extinction, nature and climate collapse. “Water Lilies”, a centerpiece that spans across a 27 foot wall, depicts a life size pond environment filled with charm and chaos. Special guests Tomas Dessureault, Isabel Yong, Teo Cisorio, Carmen Fanning, Phoebe Larkman, van garden, Michel Lambert and Arthur Lambert-Blouin provide alternate insights into their respective worlds at various points in the timeline. The Pond announces the beauty that is already there to behold and preserve.
